Elite World Istanbul Florya

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Istanbul Florya and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tolga, Anil, and Koray at the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, making our stay cozy and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool. I was travelling with my mum and the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to her needs. Their kindness and care made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly special. Thank you!

Top level hospitality, especially Guest Relations Manager - Mr. Özkan was assisting me during my stay through WhatsApp and was very helpful in arranging my stay in the hotel. He informed me also about possible entertainment. He answered carefully and very quickly to all my questions. Spa area at hotel is fantastic- swimming pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath. Massage service was also great. Spa area was open 7am till 10pm that was very convenient. Every day I went to the spa area before breakfast for swimming and to the gym and each evening to take massages. Room service also very good. Very delicious, fresh and healthy food for breakfast. At the Grill restaurant was also very tasty food. Hotel is very close to the top Aydin Istanbul University that I gave lectures during my stay. Great stay! I chose this hotel for its Spa facilities. In fact, hotel guests can use dry and wet sauna, Turkish hammam, and pool for free. I paid for massage but it was great as a Thai professional was there. The reception manager gave me a good room at the highest floor, for which I was grateful. Breakfast buffet was big and diverse with one cook making fresh omelette in front of you.

I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

The hotel was good and the service up until check out, was also good. The staff who was there the first and second day were so friendly!
