I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Elite World Istanbul Florya and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff were exceptional, particularly Tolga, Anil, and Koray at the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, making our stay cozy and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, especially the swimming pool. I was travelling with my mum and the staff were incredibly supportive and attentive to her needs. Their kindness and care made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly special. Thank you!

I am enjoying my stay at elite world business and I must say that the service provided by the waiters Eren and Efe is amazing. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me with warmth and hospitality, making me feel welcomed and right at home. Throughout my stay, Eren and Efe went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and no request was too big or too small for them. They constantly checked up on my well-being and provided me with any necessary assistance. They even went as far as to make special arrangements and brought me suhoor meals in my room. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my stay at the hotel unforgettable. Eren and Efe were not just hotel waiters, but they were also ambassadors of Turkish hospitality. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent service. If you are looking for a hotel with exceptional service, I highly recommend staying at this hotel and experiencing the amazing service provided by Eren and Efe. You will not be disappointed!

I chose this hotel for its Spa facilities. In fact, hotel guests can use dry and wet sauna, Turkish hammam, and pool for free. I paid for massage but it was great as a Thai professional was there. The reception manager gave me a good room at the highest floor, for which I was grateful. Breakfast buffet was big and diverse with one cook making fresh omelette in front of you.

To be honest the hotel was too old and dirty ,,, carpet and towel and bed shit and toilet and bathroom and as too old and dirty and damage I didn’t like at all I was not comfortable with all this thing as a 5 star hotel ,,, only the thing I can give good rate to this hotel is location and staff ,, all staff in the hotel is as good ,kind, respectful and Want to to say thank to all staff more Mr anil ,, Mr Ferhad,, Mr Rezvan , Mr Oskan and all of the hotel staff I don’t know exactly them name

My stay at Elite World Hotel was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's beauty, organization, and cleanliness. The staff, from the valet to the reception and room service, were all incredibly friendly and professional, always offering top-tier service with a smile. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ozkan, the Guest Relations Manager, who was not only kind but went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His helpfulness made my experience even more memorable. Without a doubt, Elite World Hotel will be my first choice for any future visits to Istanbul. The room was immaculate—spacious, elegantly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the spotless bathroom. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The services offered by the hotel were also top-notch. The spa was exceptional. I particularly enjoyed our massage which exceeded my expectations. I had my eyedrop which had to be preserved in the fridge. I would like to thank Efe, Orkun and Suleyman for their outstanding effort in bringing me my eyedrop throughout each day. I also would like to thank Ozkan, Anil, Ferhat and Can for their exceptional customer service skill. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

The room was big, with all the necessary amenities, I had only one breakfast and it was very good though It did not have a lot of options, the Gym was very good, but I didn't use the pool or the spa, and the room cleaning forgot to fill up tea and shampoo on 2 occasions, obviously some maintenance is needed, and the towels and sheets are a bit old needs replacement. The location was perfect for the reason I was in Istanbul, but probably not for touristic purposes as it's far from the attractions. Staff were excellent.
